Kilowatt Cup History
In 2013, the first Kilowatt Cup was born out of a partnership between Team Power Solutions and GMR Electric Motors, prominent players in Saskatchewan's mining and electrical industries, united by a mutual dedication to community involvement. By 2023, STCI Power Solutions joined as an additional sponsor of the Kilowatt Cup, further strengthening its impact and reach.
Today, this yearly event has evolved into a celebrated occasion marked by spirited competition, eagerly anticipated by teams.
The Kilowatt Cup offers participants the opportunity to engage in friendly rivalry, all while contributing to a noble cause through fundraising efforts.
Kilowatt Cup 2024 raised over $5,000 for the White Buffalo Youth Lodge Backpack Program.
