Employee Spotlight - Matthew Kindt

Matthew Kindt has been an integral part of Team Power Solutions for 10 years. 

He began his journey in 2014 as a Technical Representative with the Electrical team while still in university. 

In 2018, Matthew transitioned to the Engineering group, where he steadily advanced through various roles. From an Intermediate Engineer, he moved up to Engineering Supervisor, consistently demonstrating leadership and expertise. Recently, Matthew reached a significant milestone in his career by becoming a partner at Team Power Solutions. 

His decade-long growth is a reflection of his hard work, dedication, and the opportunities for development at Team Power Solutions.
